PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside angle part construction structure easily constructed and low in cost with excellent external design while facilitating the manufacture of an outside angle column to be used, and to provide an outside angle part construction method. PSOLUTION: This outside angle part construction structure 4 with the outside angle column 1 disposed at the outside angle part of a building is constructed by fastening the outside angle column 1 and an exterior wall plate 5 to a structural skeleton 41. The outside angle column 1 has a mounting plate 3 and a plurality of small outside angle plates 2. The small outside angle plate 2 is integrally formed and has an upper part lower tongue and a lower part upper tongue, and a caulking material is placed at the upper part lower tongue or the lower part upper tongue. The mounting plate 3 has a fixed plate part 31 and a tripod plate part 32. The small outside angle plate 2 is fastened to the mounting plate 3 by locking an upper side part and a lower side part to an outside angle fastening fitting 16 or an outside angle starter fitting. The outside angle column 1 is fixed to the structural skeleton 41 at the tripod plate part 32.
