PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining or repairing a crack or a clearance in a single crystal product made of a nickel-based super alloy. ;SOLUTION: The crack or the clearance in the single crystal product is isothermally brazed under following conditions: temperature of isothermal solidification is between TLiquidus, Braze+5×(BBraze mass %) and (Tsolidus, basematerial-70×(BBraze mass %), at the same time (BBraze mass % × CrBraze mass %) is between 15 and 40 and (Tsolv.γ', basematerial-TLiquidus, Braze) is over 140°C. Thereby homogeneous γ/γ'-microstructure of a brazed joint which is isothermally solidified and has mechanical characteristics similar as that of nickel based super alloy material, is generated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
