METHOD FOR ESTIMATING COATING FILM THICKNESS OF REAL CAR, SYSTEM FOR ESTIMATING COATING FILM THICKNESS OF REAL CAR AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce arithmetic operation quantity required for estimating coating film thickness of a real car and to efficiently calculate coating film thickness of the real car by enabling coating film thickness of the real car to be estimated without executing electrodeposition coating analysis of a vehicle model base. SOLUTION: Electrodeposition coating analysis with constitution members of the real car as an analytical object is executed by using a computer (step 1). Based on a preliminarily prepared correlation predictive formula, the computer estimates the coating film thickness of the real car from analytical results of the constitution members (step 2). The correlation predictive formula prescribes correlation between analytical results of the members to be analyzed and the coating film thickness of the real car in an electrodeposition coating line.
