PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-layer coated steel pipe for water transportation used for a pipe for water transportation by being buried in the ground or propelled in the ground to be buried.;SOLUTION: This two-layer coated steel pipe for water transportation comprises: a steel pipe part; an anticorrosion coating part covering the outside surface of the steel pipe part and formed of a polyol compound used for corrosion protection; and a protective coating part further covering the outside surface of the anticorrosion coating part, and formed of a polyol compound having a durometer hardness of 150 HDD or above and having wear resistance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
