PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a power rate or a power rate unit price so that leveing of a power demand can be expected.;SOLUTION: A power rate calculation device 3 determines the power rate unit price in each time zone in a designated day highly at the peak time of the power demand and lowly in the middle time following a load pattern in the designated day acquired from a load management device 1, and calculates the rate to be claimed in each time zone in the designated day to a power demander B by using the power rate unit price in each time zone in the designated day determined in this way and transition of a power consumption in the designated day acquired from a power measuring device 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
