pH AND ELECTROLYTE MEASUREMENT DEVICE WHIT OSMOTIC PRESSURE MEASUREMENT SENSOR HAVING OSMOTIC PRESSURE AUTOMATIC CORRECTING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the change in osmotic pressure coming from the increase and decrease of non-electrolyte such as glucose and urea or the like mainly has a serious effect on measurement results in a clinical examination, and the change has chiefly an effect on the measurement result of sodium ion in dialysis liquid (especially, peritoneum dialysis liquid) or the like which is indispensable to the dialysis patient due to diabetes of which the number of patients increases remarkably in recent years.;SOLUTION: When the electrolyte of various specimens is measured, the osmotic pressure and the pH are measured at the same time. The increase and decrease of the measurement coming from the osmotic pressure and the pH is automatically corrected by the mechanism at the device inside. The measurement result with few gaps from a true value can be given to the device user by adopting a method of displaying the measurement result in which the influence is eliminated to the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
