PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an assurance business processing, accompanying a repairing work performed in response to a request from an assurance contract covenanter based on an assurance contract.;SOLUTION: A repairing work start acceptance part 12 accepts starting of the repairing work by judging whether repair requested from a client 30 is assured by the assurance contract by using an assured repair content database 14. An estimate work starting acceptance part 16 performs acceptance of estimate by judging whether an estimated amount of money sent from the client 30 is within the range of an assurance limited amount or not and whether the estimated amount of money is not larger than an average amount of money by using an assurance amount database 17 and a part expense and wage database 18. A payment request part 19 performs processing for allowing an assurance company to pay a repair expense to a repairer for each repair having received both of the repair work starting acceptance and estimate work starting acceptance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
