PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canal alimenta'rius inspection device capable of carefully examining a canal alimenta'rius in a short time by using a medical capsule main body. SOLUTION: The canal alimenta'rius inspection device 1 is provided with a guiding cord member 3 which is provided with a tip hard member 31 having a female screw at its tip and which is inserted to a body cavity nasally or orally and has the member 31 taken out from an anus, and the medical capsule main body 2 which is provided with a connecting member 23 forming a male screw 23a to be screwed with the female screw 31c at one end, which has a pulling cord member 25 fixed at a position different from this member 23 and which is to be guided into the cavity through the anal. Thus, by alternately pull-operating the member 3 and the member 25, the main body 2 is moved back and forth near a site desired to an observer for careful examination.
