PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a judgment supporting method enabling the selection of a meal to acquire appropriate nutrients corresponding to his/her condition. SOLUTION: The physical condition and mental condition of an individual are acquired (1) as a health condition, it is replaced and an appropriate amount of a nutrient is obtained (3). A nutrient amount obtained by replacing (5) the meal to be taken by the individual with each nutrient amount and the appropriate amount of the nutrient are compared (2). The compared result is outputted (7) to an output means as excess and deficiency and judgment materials are presented to the individual.
