PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label feeding mechanism and a label printer provide with the same and a method for feeding labels capable of surely and appropriately turning up an uppermost label of a label bundle with a simple structure.;SOLUTION: The label feeding mechanism turning up the uppermost label 4a from a free end side with peeling off the same from the label bundle 4 composed of a lot of labels 4a pasted at base end sides, is provided with a label holder 11 setting the label bundle 4 with elastically holding at least the base end side, and a friction roller 52 touching and rolling on the label bundle 4 set in the label holder 11 and bending the label 4a once and turning up the same upward.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
