The database is provided with a function for applying the course by the hour, a browsing function of the time zone available for the course, a transmission function by an E-mail or the like including a question on the course, and an application function of combination courses or the like. Furthermore, the database is publicly placed by associating with a plurality of stores, for example, a coffee shop so that anyone can confirm, and is published on the Internet so that a state of the course can be confirmed in various forms.
