PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermo-electric conversion module for surface mounting, which can simplify the assembling process to form a product using a thermo-electric conversion module and assures highly reliable connection and to provide a thermo-electric conversion module integrated package.;SOLUTION: This thermo-electric conversion module 1 comprises a supporting substrate 2, a plurality of thermo-electric conversion element 3 arranged on the supporting substrate 2, wiring conductors 4 electrically coupled with a plurality of thermo-electric conversion elements 3, and external connection terminals 6 electrically connected to the wiring conductors 4.
