PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically investigate data in a plurality of medical institutes for checking which fitted disease a pharmaceutical is used for, or amount of dosage per day. PSOLUTION: The investigation and analysis device stores a plurality of data counting programs according to investigation subjects, and sends one of the plurality of data counting programs to a clinic data storing device via a communication network. The clinic data storing device inputs clinic data of a patient and creates receipt data and chart data to store, receives counting programs for itself via the communication network, executes the counting programs received and sends the result to the investigation and analysis device via the communication network.
