PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet with ultra-high magnetic flux density having low core loss in a high magnetic field and superior film characteristics. PSOLUTION: The grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet with the ultra-high magnetic flux density having the low core loss in the high magnetic field and the superior film characteristics, which contains, by weight, 2-7% Si as an essential component, is characterized by having a ratio W19/50/W17/50 of less than 1.8, which is the ratio of W19/50 (energy loss under an exciting condition of B8: 1.9T and 50 Hz) to W17/50 (the energy loss under the exciting condition of B8: 1.7T and 50 Hz), due to existence of Bi of 0.01 ppm or more but less than 1,000 ppm by weight, in an interface between the matrix and a primary film after final finish annealing, and a rate (%) of generating film exfoliation, of less than 25%, when bent around a mandrel having a diameter of 20 mm.
