PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion that alleviates the pain of sitting on one's heels or sitting with one's legs crossed by correcting the defects of just a conventional cushion which causes pain and not enabling to maintain a stable posture by applying the upper part body weight to the lower legs causing the numbness of the legs when sitting on one's heels, sitting with one's legs crossed, studying, watching the television, or working while sitting.;SOLUTION: A small cushion (1) of about a size of a person's bottom is just placed on the back part of a regular cushion or a cushion cover. The small cushion (1) is nonskid and causes no problem. A mat (2) of which height is adjustable is also prepared for being placed beneath the small cushion (1) to enable for the person sitting on the small cushion (1) of about the size of a person's bottom to comfortably sit on one's heels, sit with one's legs crossed, study, watch the television, work while sitting, or conduct Zen sitting medication.
