METHOD FOR PREVENTING ELUTION OF HEAVY METALS OF WASTE INCINERATION ASH AND WASTE INCINERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the elution of heavy metals contained in incineration ash discharged from a waste incinerator at a low cost.;SOLUTION: When waste 100 is incinerated in the waste incinerator 10 equipped with a fire grid 4, falling dust ash 102 falling from the gaps of the fire grid 4 and main ash 101 discharged from the terminal part of the fire grid 4 are separated and collected by a falling dust ash collector 6 and a main ash collector 5. The separated collected falling dust ash 102 and main ash 101 are separately subjected to heavy metal elution preventing treatment to reduce the elution of heavy metals to a standard value or less. Further, heavy metal elution preventing treatment is preponderantly applied to the separated and collected falling dust ash 102.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
