METHOD OF MAKING CONCRETE TEST BODY AND WATER CONTENT MEASURING METHOD OF CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete test body highly resembling real members.;SOLUTION: A plurality of heat insulating plate materials 10, etc., are assembled to make a concrete form 12 having a space 12A. A bottom plate 14 is mounted at a lower part of the concrete form 12. A plurality of polyvinyl chloride pipes 16 each with the height thereof almost the same as that of the space 12A are placed there into. Concrete is cast from above into the space 12A containing the inside of the polyvinyl chloride pipes, and the top of the space part 12A is covered with a wrapping or a polyvinyl sheet to prevent the evaporation of moisture. After the hardening of the concrete, the wrapping or the polyvinyl sheet and a bottom plate 14 are taken off to open the top and the lower part of the space 12A. The concrete form 12 is left alone and cured up to the specified age. After the curing of the concrete, the concrete form 12 is disassembled to take out the pipe materials 16. The concrete body packed into each of the pipe materials 16 is taken out to obtain the concrete test body 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
