PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working personnel educating device, in which there is no need for preparing the members that are needed to educate/train a worker, a processing operation that uses a large amount of energy is eliminated, resource saving is promoted and education/personnel trailing is conducted, under the condition where no physical loading is exerted onto the waist of a worker.;SOLUTION: In a working personnel educating device which provides a virtual processing space to educate/train a worker, a virtual space providing means is constituted by a computer 1, a display device 3 and an input output device 4 to provide a virtual operation space, including a virtual object to a worker (M) visually and tactually or force sensitively. A CCD camera 5 detects posture information which indicates the posture of the worker. The virtual space providing means provides a virtual operating space, so that the detected posture information matches with the value that is determined in accordance with the natural body posture information of the worker or physical attribute information of the worker.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
