PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compute highly accurate three dimensional data by correctly relating surveying points in a photogrammetric system using a pair of images. PSOLUTION: Any point is specified in a converted image obtained by parallelly and stereoscopically converting a photograph image of a second camera location (S479) to compute its photograph coordinates of a first camera location (S481). The photograph coordinates are converted into a reference coordinate system (S483). A point corresponding to the photograph coordinates in a reference plane of the reference coordinate system is computed (S485). The corresponding point in the reference plane is converted into a camera coordinate system of the second camera location (S487) to specify the corresponding point in a photograph image of the second camera location (S491). Pixel data on the point in the photograph image of the second camera location is copied to the related point in the converted image (S495). The above-mentioned processes are performed on every pixel to create a converted image obtained by parallelly and stereoscopically converting the photograph image of the second camera location and expressed by the attitude of the first camera location and relate the surveying points between the first and second converted images.
