RIBBON CASSETTE FOR GREEN TIRE, RIBBON WINDING DEVICE AND GREEN TIRE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ribbon winding device capable of easily performing the quality control of a tire part in a manufacturing process and capable of enhancing the quality of a product tire and a yield, and a green tire manufacturing system. SOLUTION: The ribbon 14 extruded from a rubber extruder 31 is fed while controlled in its temperature within an aging feed device 33. The fed ribbon 14 is wound around the ribbon reel 36 along with a release tape t1 in a cassette 35 by a ribbon winding device 34. The cassette 35 is fed in a ribbon winding device 39, and the ribbon 14 and the release tape t1 are drawn out of the ribbon reel 36 of the cassette 35 to be held while run and only the ribbon 14 is peeled from the held ribbon 14 and the release tape t1 to be wound around the tire structure T1 on a rotary drum 40. The left release tape t1 is taken up by a tape reel 37 provided on the same shaft as the ribbon reel 36.
