PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect information regarding a user without making a user register himself/herself and distribute exact information to the user based on the collected information.;SOLUTION: This information distribution system is provided with a client 102 connected with a communication network, an information distribution serer 103 connected with the communication network, a search engine server 104 connected with the communication network and an information providing server 105 connected with the communication network. The client 102 transmits access history information to the information distribution server 103 together with an information source identifier. In addition, a global word inputted by the user is transmitted to the information distribution server 103. The information distribution server 103 receives the information source identifier and the access history information transmitted from the client 102, extracts a distribution keyword from the access history information and stores them. The information distribution server 103 acquires address information, search result information to be obtained by searching the distribution keyword and promotion information, and transmits distribution information to the client 102.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
