PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in city delivery system capable of dispensing with troublesome time and labor for issuing a slip by utilizing this system and delivering commodities and personal baggage of a person of advanced age, a person having no physical strength, a person having no traffic means, a person having no time, and a person knowing no person for whom he/she can ask for an errand to delivery request destination in a city and a town in the day with sense of errand instead of a person requesting the delivery, and allowing these persons to entrust the delivery of their goods simply to this system.;SOLUTION: Individual terminal units, a delivery company terminal unit, and a delivery vehicle terminal unit are mutually connected by public line. A host computer has a delivery entrust related information accept means for accepting request of home delivery from the individual terminal units, an area information retrieve means for accepting area information retrieval, and a business management accept means for accepting business management and a means for transmitting the information that business consignment is possible for the delivery company terminal unit and the delivery vehicle terminal unit and receiving the information from them and a means for outputting this information in a slip if the business consignment is possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
