PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acquiring method for information on communication rate among electron equipment capable of using efficiently a band eliminating useless communication by creating a rate map in a short time.;SOLUTION: The acquiring method comprises a step of acquiring information on a maximum communication rate of each electronic equipment from self identifier information transmitted from the electronic equipment at the bus reset time (step 204), a step of acquiring information on a maximum intercommunication rate among master nodes and self nodes by selecting a less rate in comparison with the maximum communication rate of the master nodes and the maximum communication rate of the self nodes (step 205), and a step of determining information of a maximum intercommunication rate among higher order nodes and self nodes by selecting less rate in comparison with the information the maximum intercommunication rates among higher order nodes than self nodes and information on maximum intercommunication rate of the self nodes (step 206).
