BLOCK FOR REPAIR OF CHANNEL WORKS AND REPAIR METHOD OF FLOW PASSAGE FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for channel works by which a required repair work can be carried out even on large diameter channel works while flowing water.;SOLUTION: A block body constitutes a square or horseshoe-shaped cylindrical body 15 by a built-up process. The inside plates forming the inner peripheral face and external peripheral plates erected at the periphery of the inside face plate are integrally molded with a plastic. A peripheral dimension L is made larger than the breadthwise dimension b (Lb) to form the block body 1 for repairing a flow passage. In the repair method for the channel works executed by using the block bodies 1, these blocks mutually adjacent in the peripheral direction are connected together by bolts inserted in both peripheral end faces of the respective block bodies 1 and nuts screwed on the bolts to form a short pipe 2, in a pipe line 20 (flow passage facility). The single pipes 2 are connected in the longitudinal direction to form a continuous cylindrical body 15 with a smaller diameter than the inside diameter of the pipe line in the pipe line 20. After that, a grouting material is injected in a clearance S formed between the cylindrical body 15 and the pipe line 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
