PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form panel which allows surfaces of panel bodies to be vertically flush with one another when the panel bodies are erected for arrangement, even if the surface and backside of the panel body are vertically inclined not to be parallel to each other.;SOLUTION: In this form panel, respective pairs of hooks 3 and 3, which are opened in a vertical direction, are protruded from upper and lower prescribed positions on the right and left sides of the backside 1b of the panel body 2; coupling members 12 of coupling fixtures 11 are protrusively inserted into the respective hooks 3 and 3 so that the panel bodies 2 can be erected to be arranged in horizontal and upward directions; vertical reference grooves 7, which pass under the respective right and left pairs of the upper and lower hooks 3 and 3 and whose bottoms are brought into sliding contact with the coupling members 12, are provided in the backside 1b of the panel body 2; and the bottom of the reference groove 7 is made parallel to the surface of the panel body 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
