PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform data recording monitoring operation. PSOLUTION: A monitoring computer, at its reading time, reads the date and time of recording latest order data from a reception database computer (Step S110), transmits a mail containing the date and time of recording the latest order data and the current monitoring date and time to a mobile computer via the Internet (Step S120), and ends the routine. A system administrator receives the mail, and compares the previous recording date and time with the current recording date and time. As the latest order data is normally updated with time in sequence together with its recording date and time, the system administrator determines the receipt recording function of the reception database computer to be normal if the current recording date and time is ahead of the previous recording date and time, or otherwise judges the receipt recording function of the reception database computer to be possibly abnormal.
