PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote sales of information communication terminal devices by paying back cost to a good user of the information communication terminal device and providing terminal information of information communication terminal devices and service information to each user to increase user's satisfaction and reliability on the information communication terminal device and a maker thereof. SOLUTION: In a cost payback service support system 100, contents of cost payback service for a customer according to number of using a copying machine 2 and demands for dispatching service person corresponding to events which occurred on the copying machine 2 are set based on event data from the copying machine 2 received by a host computer 1 in event handling, and a cost payback service is executed based on the set contents in a cost payback process. Information of event handling processes and cost payback processes is provided to an administrator of the copying machine 2 in a copying machine information providing process.
