PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the manufacturing cost of a paper vessel body is high in a conventional accessory housing tool in which an accessory is housed in a paper vessel and fixed to an upper part of a pack, or a box body capable of fitted to upper or bottom part of the vessel is provided.;SOLUTION: The accessory is wound around a part slightly closer to a root from an outer periphery of a cap of the vessel, and fixed by a OPP strip, and the accessory is housed in a CPP bag body having a double bottom. Advertisement of diversified colors can be printed on the CPP bag body, the strong bag body is not broken during transportation, and can be fitted in a compact manner with the size smaller than the outer periphery of the vessel.
