PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of automatically and efficiently sending orders to two or more car-rental agents according to a preset priority order in the order of a rent-a-car as the alternate of a lease vehicle by an automobile lease agent on the basis of a request from a maintenance shop.;SOLUTION: A server computer 1 set in the automobile lease agent or a system manager comprises a priority order table 32 for recording the order sending priority order of each car-rental agent, and an application server 21 for transmitting rent-a-car order information according to the priority order read from the table 32 to the terminal 6 of each car-rental agent and successively transmitting the order information to car-rental agents of the lower priority orders when receiving the answer that a vehicle is not dispatchable from the car-rental agent concerned or when receiving no answer in a prescribed waiting time after the transmission of the order information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
