PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointed fishing rod rich in variation of whole length and strength.;SOLUTION: This fishing rod comprises a set of two rods comprising various kind of top rods (T) having close to uniform length (L3) and outer diameters (D) of inserting base part (16) having different strength which are tube manufactured by heat hardening of FRP cloth prepregs (23), (24) to have a constant tapering-off rate, and various kind of base rods (B) comprising receiving tip part (11) having close to uniform inner diameters (d) and varying lengths (L1) and strengths and a mild tapering rate than the top rods tube manufactured by heat hardening FRP cloth prepregs (19) (20), and the inserting base part and the receiving tip part are detachably integrated by subjecting the inserting base part of each top rod to a cutting work setting the tapering rate and the outer diameter close to the inner diameter and tapering rate of the receiving tip part of the base rods.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
