PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the security by making password creep into an input column displayed on a screen while inputting the amount of money, etc., thereto, permitting its use if collation proves the identification to be correct, and making incomprehensible a position at which the password is inputted, in a password information inputting method and a password information inputting device for inputting password information. PSOLUTION: This method has a displaying step for displaying the input column while displaying inputted information in the input column, a password information inputting step for receiving password information input when the inputted information is prescribed information, and a storing step for storing the password information received on the inputting step.
