PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined system of an SOFC and a thermoelectric power generator wherein temperature of gas to flow in the combined system can be controlled appropriately, and a superior energy efficiency can be realized even if industrially applied actually. SOLUTION: This is the combined system of the SOFC and the thermoelectric power generator wherein the exhaust gas (6) of the SOFC (1) and an oxidizer (7) for the SOFC are respectively comprised to be used as the heat source and a refrigerant of the thermoelectric power generator (2), and a recuperater (3) to heat the oxidizer (7') for the SOFC by using the exhaust gas (6') of the SOFC is comprised to be installed.
