PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the connecting structure of a steel-framed column and a steel-framed beam, which can avoid breaking in the welding section of the column and the beam and is sufficient for forming a plasticizing region for avoiding breaking in the welding section and in which relative difference regarding the strength of the welding section and the plasticizing region can be ensured simply. ;SOLUTION: Plates 9 for a connection are welded vertically at both side sections of a flange 6 constituting a beam bracket 3 while the end sections of these plates 9 for the connection are welded near the corner sections of the steel-framed column 1 and the beam bracket 3 is fixed on the steel-framed column side, the plasticizing region 14 generating plastic deformation prior to the welding sections of the plates 9 and the column 1 is formed between a section 12 reinforced by the plates 9 and a connecting section 13 with a beam body 2, and seismic energy is absorbed prior to the welding sections.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
