PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out construction work with inhabitants living inside and to minimize or nullify a repair cost although a large repair cost and removal cost were required due to the distortion and damage of the structure of a wooden building caused by conventional sill lifting and hauling work. ;SOLUTION: An H-shape steel frame is installed under a sill of the wooden building, using a specially-made anchor fitting, to put the whole building in a stable state and to carry out a construction method in which force causing the distortion and damage of the building is not applied to the building in the sill lifting and moving construction of the building. In a stage of fixing and completing the building in a fixed position, a specially-made fine adjustment fitting is used, and upon confirming the horizontality of the whole building, a foundation reinforcement and the specially-made fine adjustment fitting are fixed by welding.
