PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a user with information acquired by network connecting operation and through a network while contributing to the efficiency of medical examination and treatment by allowing data such as vital data acquired at home, to be easily usable on the doctor side. SOLUTION: A pet terminal 1 supplies a server 5 with vital data acquired by a vital data acquiring apparatus 3, and a doctor's question result acquired by voice synthesis and voice recognition. The server 5 manages the vital data and the doctor's question result for every user. A doctor connects a doctor terminal 6 placed in a consultation room of a clinic, to the server 5, reads the user's vital data when the user comes to the clinic, and utilizes it for medical examination and treatment. The pet terminal 1 is automatically connected to a network when recognizing a network connection demand in voice, and provides the user with the data acquired on the network.
