PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a waste water treatment by disposing a second gate in a gate, mounting a pump on the second gate, and efficiently performing the opening and closing thereof.;SOLUTION: A lifting and openably installed first gate 3 is installed at a drain gutter gate 2 having a drain port 6, and the second gate 15 lifting in the same direction and openably installed is mounted in contact with the first gate 3. An opening/closing device 4 to steppingly open and close the first gate 3 and the second gate 15 is installed, and a submerged pump 17 allowing natural draining or forcible draining and having a check valve 20 on a discharge port side is installed on the second gate 15. The opening/closing device 4 is operated according to the state of drain flow so that the open/close state of the gate can be set in three stages.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
