PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material with higher electric conductivity than a lanthanum chromite based ceramic material and its manufacturing method, and to provide an inter connector using this material. PSOLUTION: The electric conductive ceramics are comprised of (LaSB1-x/SBMSBx/SB) TiOSB3/SBSB/SB(in the formula, M is at least one element selected from Sr, Ba, and Ca; 0x1.0), and ScSBm/SBMgSBn/SBTiSB(2-m-n)/SBOSB3/SBSB/SB(in the formula, 0m1.0, 0n1.0; m+n=1.0), and a method for manufacturing the ceramic in a reducing atmosphere is provided, and the inter connector 12 is manufactured with the ceramic.
