PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain and improve the employee's will to work (moral) intending to satisfy customers in a distribution business.;SOLUTION: In the first process, various targets to be attained by business are set up by employee's participation, these targets are divided into a target in each business unit/employee and target figure allowed to be counted such as the number of selling units, an amount and gross profit in each period is inputted and stored in a storage device connected to a POS system. In a second process, business activity to the like is performed while checking the progress state of a result value in each day/week by POS data by using a procedure of a so-called system of management by objective or the like in order to achieve the set concrete targets.
