PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an information providing side has not been able to judge whether or not receiving member and user have read information transmitted from the information providing side because the information provider transmits to the member and user by e-mail and also receives access to a homepage from the number, etc., only to obtain information unilaterally in the conventional information providing system.;SOLUTION: In the present invention system, a new next-generation type message distribution system is provided which aims at two-way information communications, can transmit information transmitted by the information provider in every individual or group, can also judge that the information has been read if the member, etc., who has received the information accesses the contents of the transmitted information, further performs control to be able to retransmit a message only to a member who has not read the information if there is the member who has not read the information, and can simultaneously obtain comment information to the transmitted information, a next-generation message method and a program for performing the next-generation type message distribution system are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
