PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking pan effective in cooking, easy in installation, cleaning and the like, and economical in storage space when it is set up in a smokeless roaster.;SOLUTION: The cooking pan for a smokeless roaster comprises a pan body (2), a rim portion (3) outwardly extending from all over the upper end of the pan body (2), a windshield (5) continuously attached to the edge of the edge portion (3) to downwardly extend therefrom and vents (4) formed at arbitrary positions in the edge portion (3) to perform pan cooking without being influenced by the smoke sucking function of a smoke suction grill even when the cooking pan is installed in a smokeless roaster equipped with the smoke suction grill.
