PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility operation management support system for a building which can process a very large amount information and perform optimized facility operation management of the building by applying data mining. SOLUTION: The facility operation management support system comprises a group of sensors 1 measuring various environment factors prescribing the environment of the building, a center control board which inputs measurement outputs of the group of sensors, a sensor information gathering means 2 composed of BMS, etc., a database DB which stores large-scale sensor information gathered by the sensor information gathering means 2, and a diagnostic means 3 which receives the sensor information stored in the database DB through a network NT, determines a target variable by preprocessing the received sensor information, performs data mining according to a decision tree of the data mining, and diagnoses optimization in the life cycle of the building through a knowledge finding process.
