PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can speedily collect information and transfer the information in real time to a department requiring the information when urgency, wide-range, and large-amount information transmission from a customer to an article provider is needed. ;SOLUTION: The article identification code displayed on an article is inputted to a specific home page from a terminal through the Internet and sent to a server. Article information retrieved according to the code is displayed on the terminal, and respective input items are inputted to the picture and sent to the server. The sent information is transferred to a previously set transfer destination and managed in a database on the server when necessary.
