PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection cylinder, a prefilled syringe body, and a prefilled syringe kit capable of sealing a plurality of liquid unsuited for mixing it beforehand in separate states, and extremely easily and surely transfusing the both liquid into a transfusion bag, etc., in a mixed state as necessary.;SOLUTION: This injection cylinder is formed with a communication recess passage part forming a liquid channel in a part of an inner wall of a front section chamber of the injection cylinder formed into two section chambers by insertion and interposition of two gaskets, in a space toward a moved forehand gasket. This prefilled syringe body is formed by sealing two types of liquid in two sectional chambers of the injection cylinder respectively. This prefilled syringe kit comprises the prefilled syringe body, a plunger rod, and a transfusion fitting holder having a double-head needle in its inside.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
