CRUSHING FACILITY OF FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC SHIP AND CRUSHING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation and scattering of dust by sprinkling water when a FRP ship is destroyed and crushed.;SOLUTION: A working area 61 partitioned by concrete is formed to a recessed part and a bottom surface of the recessed part is constituted of a concrete layer 62 so as to be circular-arc shaped. At the recessed part of the concrete layer 62, a block layer 63 made of blocks of ballast or the like is provided. A side ditch 64 is formed at a periphery of the concrete layer 62. The side ditch 64 is communicated with a drainage port 65 and discharges water infiltrated through the block layer 63 from the drainage port 65 to the side ditch 64. Effluent in the side ditch 64 is recovered by a pump 66, solid materials are separated therefrom by a purifying device 67 and a pump 68 sprinkles the water from a sprinkler 69. Whole periphery of the working area 61 is covered with a building 70 and the sprinkler 69 is provided. Inside the building 70, a waste FRP ship 71 and a heavy machine 72 provided with a working arm for cutting the FRP ship 71 are arranged.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
