PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person in charge of transaction to carry out a negotiation process by a simple operation. ;SOLUTION: The negotiation support system is provided with a transaction processing computer connected with a plurality of terminals of persons in charge of transaction through communication lines, order data and/or negotiation condition data inputted from the terminal of each person in charge of transaction are mutually related and stored in a transaction information storage means together with identification information, with which the person in charge of transaction can be identified, and on the basis of the order data and/or negotiation condition data stored in the transaction information storage means, the data are displayed on the terminal of each person in charge of transaction as transaction data so that whether negotiation conditions are attached or not can be distinguished. In response to the action that a certain person in charge of transaction selects the transaction data with negotiation conditions displayed on his/her own terminal and requests a negotiation, a negotiation screen having a property as a list is displayed on the terminal of the relevant person in charge of transaction, who requests the negotiation, and the terminal of the person in charge of transaction, who inputs the negotiation condition data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
