PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive method for continuously and real time measuring L-glutamate by an on-line microflow system.;SOLUTION: A recovered liquid from a micro dialysis probe applied to an organism is fed to an enzyme rector 1 comprising a synchronous solid phase of glutamate oxidase/glutamate dehydrogenase to cause substrate cycling reaction of the L-glutamate, and detecting an amount of generated hydrogen peroxide amplified so as to correspond to the L-glutamate by the cycling reaction to measure the amount of the L-glutamate generated by the organism in real time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
