PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain the shape of the wall surface section of a banking for a prolonged term, and to easily conduct banking works at a time when the banking is molded.;SOLUTION: A reinforcing device 4 for the banking 1 has a plurality of longitudinal rod-shaped materials 7 extended in the vertical direction respectively along the slope face 6 of the wall surface section 3 of the banking 1 and installed in the horizontal direction, a plurality of porous-membrane materials 8 extended in approximately horizontal direction on the banking 1 side and mounted in the vertical direction, a connector 12 connecting one edge sections 9 on the slope face 6 sides of each porous-membrane material 8 to each longitudinal rod-shaped material 7, and a rigid porous plate-shaped body 15 stretched along the slope face 6 while being supported to each longitudinal rod-shaped material 7.
