PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve connection to a mobile user unit during a registration delay, by selecting a repeating unit having a highest connecting result of the mobile user unit, and making a position with concentrated registration occurring at riding on or off a moving means of the moving user unit uniform. ;SOLUTION: A method for mobile radio communicating comprises steps of storing an order becoming connectible to a connectible repeating unit, and preferentially selecting the repeating unit, having a smaller order in the case of registering. The mobile user unit delays informing to a controller of a new registration destination to a time point decided, according to a random number of this mobile user unit. The mobile repeating unit records a fixed repeating unit which is connectible in the past, and corrects the connecting destination to the recorded repeating unit, when the connection of the mobile unit fails. The fixed repeating unit records the mobile repeating unit which has been connectible in the part, and corrects the connecting destination to the recorded repeating unit, when the connection to the mobile unit fails.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
