摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting in high accuracy an inside state of a secondary cell typified by storage capacity and internal resistance and a detecting device from information at time of charging of the secondary cell. SOLUTION: In charging by constant current/constant voltage charging method, in which, after charging is started at a given current value Io and the cell voltage reaches a given voltage Vmax , charging is made at the given voltage Vmax until finish of charging, at least following three steps from (A) to (C) constitute the inside information detecting method for detecting the inside information of the secondary cell to be detected, i.e., (A) a step of measuring time t from the point when constant current charging mode is changed to constant voltage charging mode of the cell detected and charging current value I at the constant voltage charging mode, (B) a step of finding time from the point of moving to the constant voltage charging to the point when the charging current I at the constant voltage charging mode reaches a given current value IM, and (C) a step of finding quantity of electricity charged (charge volume) at the constant voltage charging mode.
