METHOD FOR PROCESSING SYNTHETIC RESINS INTO FUEL IN FURNACE AND METHOD FOR BLOWING FUEL INTO FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply synthetic resins, such as waste plastics, as fuel blown into a furnace, such as a blast furnace regardless of any shape, etc., and without causing any problem caused by chlorine-containing high molecular resin material, such as vinyl chloride. SOLUTION: The synthetic resins to be supplied for fuel, are received into respective processing lines X, Y under a state of being separated into a synthetic resins (A) consisting mainly of filmy synthetic resin materials and the other synthetic resins (B). In the processing lines X, Y, the chlorine-containing high molecular resin material is separated and removed from the synthetic resins (A) and the synthetic resins (B) and also, processed into granular materials suitable to a solid fuel for air feeding with respective different processes, and the granular synthetic resin material after this processing is air-fed into the furnace so as to blow this material into the furnace.
